Flomen Insurance Group acknowledges the common issues and obstacles that accompany life and financial planning – fear, lack of coverage, possibility of accidents, illnesses, etc. We see it often where people wait until they are faced with an obstacle (health or personal) until they realize the importance of planning.

We believe in an “educate first” philosophy – we want to make sure that each person that we work with is fully informed prior to making decisions. About the Founder

Stephen Flomen is not your typical financial advisor/insurance broker. Stephen spent 20 years operating a family-owned business in fashion and retail. Stephen devoted time and attention to customer service, satisfaction and success. Unfortunately, after suffering from a severe health-related issue in 2009, Stephen found himself at cross-roads: where should he go from here? Was he passionate about his family-owned business? Yes – but he also experienced first-hand, how important it was, at that time, to think about his financial situation and how detrimental it was not to.

Stephen found his calling. He knew at that point that he wanted to assist others to properly and carefully financially plan. “It was not about the sales transaction or the opportunity for wealth as much as it was about experiencing an unfortunate situation and really wanting to assist others. People do not realize how important it is to plan and protect…”

Stephen was taken under the wing of Miles Posner and Cynthia Schindler and was given the opportunity to learn alongside a team of seasoned and successful financial advisors. After so many years, Stephen thought to bring together the best of the best and provide service offerings to individuals, families and companies based on his wealth of knowledge, years of experience and most importantly, his heart and soul.
